Terms
These terms describe the basic rules for using the True Grade website, public registry and grading-enquiry features.
Website use
You may use the website to learn about True Grade, submit grading enquiries where available, and search the public registry and population tools. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, access restricted administration areas without permission, or submit unlawful or malicious material.
Grading submissions
A website submission or enquiry does not by itself guarantee acceptance, a particular grade, turnaround time, or registry publication. True Grade may review submitted information and request further details before a grading process is confirmed.
Grades and opinions
Card grading is an assessment of a card’s condition using True Grade’s grading process. A grade is not a promise of resale value, future value, investment performance, or acceptance by another grading provider or marketplace.
Registry and verification
The public registry is provided to help identify True Grade records and show enabled grading and population information. Users should check the True Code and card details together when verifying a slab or registry entry.
Images and information
When you submit card information or images, you confirm that you are entitled to provide them for the grading enquiry or service. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
Availability
True Grade may maintain, update, suspend or change website features where necessary for security, reliability, operations or service improvements.
Contact
Questions about a grading submission, registry record or these website terms can be raised through the contact details published on the True Grade website.
